Afghan Tribal Hinged Cuff | Authentic Kuchi Nomad Bracelet | Vintage Golden Metal Wrist Wrap

$52.00 $80.00

This Traditional Afghan Tribal Hinged Cuff is a testament to the enduring artistry of Central Asian metalwork, carrying the soul of the Kuchi nomad heritage in every hand-stamped detail. The piece is defined by its substantial Antique Golden Metal construction, featuring a meticulous repousse technique that creates a raised, tactile surface of geometric patterns and medallions. Its hinged architecture is not just a functional necessity for a secure fit, but a design choice that adds to its "arm armor" aesthetic, making it feel like a wearable piece of history. Each curve and etch tells a story of craftsmanship passed down through generations, blending rugged nomadic durability with a refined, ancient elegance.

This statement piece effortlessly completes a maximalist look, whether paired with a flowing linen tunic, an intricate Banjara skirt, or a sleek contemporary dress for a touch of global fusion. The warm, burnished gold tones and weathered patina harmonize beautifully with earthy palettes, while the sheer scale of the wide bangle provides a bold focal point for the wrist. Beyond its visual impact, there is a grounded practicality to its presence; it is the kind of heirloom-quality accessory that defines an outfit, giving the wearer a sense of strength and curated individuality. It transitions seamlessly from high-energy music festivals and stage performances to intimate bohemian gatherings, offering a sophisticated edge to those who dress with intention and a love for cultural depth.

Embracing this vintage-inspired cuff means inviting an ethnic charm into your collection that resonates with maximalist jewelry trends and nomadic spirit. The intricate etching and heavy metalwork make it a standout choice for an earthy aesthetic, serving as a conversation starter in any traveler-style wardrobe. Its timeless appeal makes it a thoughtful, meaningful gift for a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or as a unique graduation present for someone embarking on a new journey. Whether you are looking for festival-ready accessories, a piece for editorial photography, or a collectible item of tribal fusion art, this handcrafted treasure bridges the gap between the ancient world and modern streetwear, making it an essential find for the global citizen.

A handmade vintage collection!

Patina is a thin, green layer that forms on the surface of copper (and brass, which contains copper and zinc)—this helps protect the metal from corrosion. The Statue of Liberty is green; now you know why.

Keeping your jewelry clean and dry is essential to preserving its natural beauty and longevity. Gently maintain its condition by wiping it with a damp cloth. Ensure it is thoroughly dried after each use. We recommend avoiding chemicals or detergents, as the organic materials used in these items are best cared for with a gentle touch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sizing details

I'll list images with their sizes. I use measuring tape to show the size of the items. And, I'll put the approx weight of the item as well.

Care Instructions - Bags and Purses

I do not recommend machine wash for any handmade bags. I recommend storing bags, purses, and clutches in dry areas away from heat and sunlight. Please do not use any harmful chemicals or detergents. Instead, I recommend cleaning bags with a damp cloth and quickly drying them.

Care Instructions - Jewelry

I recommend keeping jewelry in dry areas. Be careful when spraying perfumes and not put them directly on them. The afghan jewelry's glasses may fall off in long term but those can be easily glued back again.
Handmade jewelry can be cleaned using any polishing cream but be careful to remove any leftover with a damp cloth and dry it quickly.
