Frequently Asked Questions

Sizing details

I'll list images with their sizes. I use measuring tape to show the size of the items. And, I'll put the approx weight of the item as well.

Care Instructions - Bags and Purses

I do not recommend machine wash for any handmade bags. I recommend storing bags, purses, and clutches in dry areas away from heat and sunlight. Please do not use any harmful chemicals or detergents. Instead, I recommend cleaning bags with a damp cloth and quickly drying them.

Our bags are handcrafted and packaged immediately to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. Because they are "fresh from the artisan," we recommend a 24-hour airing out period upon arrival to allow the crafting materials to settle naturally.

Care Instructions - Jewelry

I recommend keeping jewelry in dry areas. Be careful when spraying perfumes and not put them directly on them. The afghan jewelry's glasses may fall off in long term but those can be easily glued back again.
Handmade jewelry can be cleaned using any polishing cream but be careful to remove any leftover with a damp cloth and dry it quickly.

Price Negotiation

All prices listed are the final price, and it depends on lots of factors. I do not take offers on lowering the price, I offer sales often but I won't lower the price on request.

Custom and personalized orders

I don't take custom orders and orders made on request.

Returning an Item

Starting 7/7/2024, I won't be accepting returns on any items. Please place your order carefully after careful consideration; no cancellations and no returns/exchanges.

Delayed Shipping

I use USPS most of the time, and I cannot guarantee the time USPS takes to deliver the package. I am not responsible for the delay caused by USPS.

What if I put wrong address or unverified address?

I usually write to my customers to verify the address for unverified addresses. Please respond with the correct address so I can ship the item. If I don't get any reply within three days, I will cancel the order.

I am not responsible for the wrong address; we have to wait until the item gets back to me. So that I can ship it again but you have to pay the shipping price again, I am sorry but I can't afford it as I am a small business. And, if you want a refund, then I have to deduct the shipping amount and will refund the remaining amount.
